  • The fee to transfer a title is 0.4% of the property's value when it is worth more than $6,300 (a flat $25 from $500.01 to $6,300, and free up to $500). On a $400,000 home that is $1,600.
  • Registering a mortgage costs $200 for a mortgage under $250,000, $275 from $250,000 to $500,000, $525 up to $750,000, $775 up to $1 million and $1,000 above that.
  • These fees took effect on 15 April 2026. ISC publishes the current fee table on its Saskatchewan Registries website.
